    Typical Sunday

    So far my Sunday has been pretty typical. I love when my Sundays consist of relaxing + a longish run. 🙂 This morning started out with some breakfast that I got at the Fresh Market the other day. The serving size for these waffles was weird-210 calories for 3 waffles. But then I opened the package and they were kind of small, so I only had two, drizzled with apple butter and a little bit of almond butter. They were light and fluffy!     I realized that I’ve never really discussed my meat or non-meat eating habits on my blog at length.
