    A Track Workout

Last night marked my first workout at a track in a very loooong time. I actually can’t remember the last time I ran at the track. But when I arrived there I was sooo glad I decided to run last night. What took me so long? The track was so nice and cushy on my feet! I felt like I could run so much faster without having to stop at intersections! This morning I made another smoothie attempt with my new rice protein, and I went the green monster route. I threw in: 1/2 cup of almond breeze 1 banana 1 handful of spinach 1/2  scoop of rice protein powder 1/2 tsp of maca powder 1 tsp of chia seeds It tasted like…medicine! But I drank it anyway. What am I doing wrong? Any suggestions for those who have tried rice protein before? I know it has great benefits but I’m just having trouble…
