    So You Want to Run a Relay Race

    Relay Races are becoming more and more popular it seems. And if you are as crazy as I am, like running you might want to do something like this.  After running the Adirondack Ragnar Relay, I learned A LOT about these big races.     Adirondack Ragnar Relay

    Its official. We’re Ragnarians! Team B.A.D. started off in Saratoga Springs at 8:00 Friday morning! Melissa, our team captain, started out the 192.7 mile relay with her first leg in Saratoga. Yes, it was raining…for the whole day on Friday.  Anyway, our van (van 1) was first to go, meaning we had the earlier start.     What to Pack for Ragnar Relay

    Tomorrow I’m running the Adirondack Ragnar Relay! I have never ran a relay race before but apparently they are a blast. I have three legs. Leg 1 – 3.2 miles (Saratoga Springs) Leg 2 -5.7 miles (Lake George) Leg 3 – 7.9 miles (Keeseville) (source) Now what in the world does one pack for a race like this??
