    18 Miles and a Bagel

    So, the marathon training plan called for 18 lovely miles yesterday. I went to the Niskyauna Bike Path for a change of scenery. Foursquare kindly reminded me that I had been running up here since November 2012. It’s a pretty nice place to run, a paved path for miles and miles. I ran the first 10 miles solo. My legs were tired, and I wasn’t feeling 100%. I think this was due to the fact that I donated blood on Friday morning–but I figured since it was more than 12 hours before my run, I’d be okay.
